Community Matters

At HR Advantage, we believe that business success and community wellbeing go hand in hand. Our team lives and works in Southern Alberta and we are proud and honoured to dedicate our time, energy, and resources to the people and organizations that make our region stronger.

Why

Community

Matters

Time Well Spent

Our team is given the opportunity to step out of their day-to-day work and contribute to local causes. We believe that giving time is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen communities we live and work in.

Connection & Collaboration

By partnering with schools, non-profits, and community programs that align with our values, we’re helping strengthen connections and create meaningful opportunities for everyone.

Growth Through Giving

From hands-on involvement to behind-the-scenes support, every contribution plays a part in building stronger communities. When local families and businesses succeed, we all share in that success.

We’re proud supporters of 100 Women Who Care — an organization that channels the collective power of local women to make meaningful, immediate impacts through charitable giving.

We are a contributing partner to the BIPOC Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing Black, Indigenous, and People of Color entrepreneurs and community leaders across Western Canada. We’re proud to work alongside BIPOC Foundation’s team and network of advisors, who continue to empower over 240 businesses and 2,800 community members through mentorship, funding, and collaboration.

Each summer, our student team dedicates paid work hours to help support the Fort Macleod Preschool — from classroom activities to outdoor projects that make learning fun. Beyond that, we’re proud to lend a hand behind the scenes by assisting with classroom setup and maintenance before each new school year. Our team also provides recruitment support services, helping this non-profit attract and retain the passionate educators who make early learning possible in our community.

Through The Vault Co-Work Building, we’re helping bridge the gap between local organizations, businesses, and sports groups by hosting a community calendar initiative that keeps everyone connected and informed. Our goal is to make collaboration easy and accessible — strengthening the ties that bring Southern Alberta together. We’re also proud to open our space free of charge to non-profits for their monthly meetings. It’s one more way we live our commitment to community above all.
