Brandy Sharma is an HR Office Coordinator at HR Advantage, bringing over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration and frontline support. Before transitioning into healthcare, she worked in the service industry, where she developed her strong interpersonal and organizational skills, qualities that now shape her professional approach to supporting teams and client operations.

Her career with Alberta Health Services began in 2009, following completion of both her Unit Clerk Certificate and General Studies Diploma. Over the years, she has contributed to Children’s and Women’s Health programs, providing compassionate administrative support and maintaining the behind-the-scenes systems that keep clinical environments running smoothly.

In addition to her healthcare expertise, she holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (2017) and an additional 75-hour Pre/Post-Natal Yoga Certification (2019). She also maintains First Aid/CPR and NVIC certifications, reflecting her ongoing commitment to wellness and safety.

Outside of work, life is full and joyful. She and her husband share their home with their two children, two dogs (Goose and Maverick), and two recently rescued kittens whose names are still being decided (current contenders: Harry & Marv, Mary-Kate & Ashley, or Trudy & Doug Judy).
